A small up and coming glamping and culinary education center located on the Rock Island Spur of the Katy Trail.A veteran in the restaurant industry with over 30 years experience. She is taking her love of food, culinary education, photography, adventure, and the great outdoors to create a unique venue on the Rock Island Spur of the Katy Trail. Jessica is a mother of four, lover of food, animals, art and all things nature. Come join her on the farm!
