Take a step outside the city and breathe for a day. A Restorative Yoga Retreat workshop focusing on connecting with nature and nourishing your body and soul. Tap into the earths energy and awaken your senses with a grounding yet energizing yoga flow, (No yoga experience needed) Followed by a beginner level tincture workshop, adaptogen tasting, and a locally sourced farm to table meal. Spend the afternoon hiking on our trails, canoeing on our private lake, or taking a ride on the Rock Island Spur of the Katy Trail. Finally we will close out your experience with deep relaxation in our heart-centered, nourishing restorative yoga practice.
